All relevant data for the preparation of an expert appraisal must be collected, digitalised, assigned and evaluated in the level of detail you require.

In most cases, this will require research in addition to the customary on-site inspection.

It is therefore not possible to make a precise statement on the actual costs prior to the initial on-site inspection.

We charge a lump sum of €295.00 plus VAT for a preliminary consultation in the region around Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bonn. This preliminary consultation includes a joint on-site appointment lasting no more than 1 hour with discussions at your property, including travel to and from the location.
